About Me
I’m Maria, a Certified Personal Trainer with over 4 years of experience helping clients transform their health, body, and mindset.
My journey began at 16 years old, weighing 165 lbs and struggling to find balance with food, exercise, and confidence. Over three years, I lost 55 lbs and reached 110 lbs — but I realized that being smaller didn’t mean being healthier. Through years of learning, research, and trial and error, I rebuilt my relationship with food, healed my mindset, and discovered my passion for strength training and nutrition.
Today, I’m 135 lbs — stronger, leaner, and more empowered than ever. I’ve learned that true fitness isn’t about restriction; it’s about strength, balance, and sustainability.
Since becoming a trainer, I’ve had the privilege of coaching clients through their own transformations. My approach focuses on more than just aesthetics — it’s about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence.
